Hi, I’m Kathy Rohsenberger. For over 20 years I’ve served clients and friends who want to buy or sell real estate with someone they can trust to be knowledgeable, friendly and fun.

I specialize in Luxury, Historic and Unique properties.  I myself live in a barn! The housing market in Chattanooga, Cleveland and the surrounding areas of beautiful Southeast Tennessee is always changing and, thankfully, expanding. I love to serve the community I sell!  I am a Board Member of Mainstreet Cleveland, which seeks to promote a thriving downtown. I also am on the board of the Museum and Cultural Center which tells the rich history of our area.  Additionally, for 15 years, my husband and I have chaired an annual fund-raiser “Grape Escape” a wine dinner and auction, bringing together great food, great friends and great wine…three of my favorite things!
